What can we do should we struggling with our lives making it/to make it meaningful?

Can "when" be replaced by "should"?

No. You could replace "can"with "should". You still need "when after "do". You also need "are" after "struggling". The end should be "to make it meaningful".

What should we do when we are struggling with our lives to make it meaningful?

    Is it now?

It is better now. It would also be good with "can". You should either use "lives" and "them" or "life" and it".

What can we do, should we be struggling with our lives, to make them meaningful?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

That seems to be more than one sentence.

Re: "What can we do (should?) we struggling ..."

Should we be struggling with our lives, what can we do to improve them?

Do you consider that to be more than one sentence? Perhaps we have a different definition. There is only one sentence there for me, starting with a capital letter and ending with a question mark.

Ah! You are using "should" in a different way than I would. Another BrE/AmE difference.
