[Grammar] Let them stay here, WILL YOU?/ WILL THEY? (question on question tag)

Which of the following is correct and, if the both are correct, is there any difference in meaning?

1:- Let them stay here, will you?
2:- Let them stay here, will they?

2. is wrong. The imperative is addressing an implied "you", so 1. is correct.

BTW, "you have always been" or "you always have been", which is correct?

If you wanted to use "Will they?", you would have to say something like "You have said they can stay here. Will they?"

There is no difference between "you have always been" and "you always have been".
