Is this correct: Refund my shipping fee and look forward a negative review on Amazon

    Is this correct:

Refund my shipping fee and look forward a negative review on Amazon.

Should there be a to after forward? Or is it omitable?

    There should be a "to".
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....

We always "look forward to" something.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

'look forward to' is fixed and used as such as a collocation and it is either followed by a gerund or a noun.

I disagree. In a sarcastic or amusing way, we say things like "And you can look forward to my negative review on ..."!

I hope you don't allow your students to use home-made emoticons instead of correct punctuation marks.
