Reading a book called "Write Right!" by Jan Venolia, in Punctuation Pointers, in the Apostrophe section,
he said :
" Avoid using the possessive in the following cases.
With inanimate objects:
Poor: the Tower of London's interior.
Better: the the interior of the Tower of London.
In case of the technical report, where it is mostly talking about inanimate, how to avoid this conflict ?
A technical report is a formal document, so use the 'better' version.
