    It's been four years doing

"It's been four years since I started selling cakes".

"It's been four years selling cakes"

    Is second sentence fine?

Re: It's been four years doing

It might be OK in conversation, but I wouldn't use it in writing.

Re: It's been four years doing

I wouldn't know what the second meant even in conversation. You could maybe get away with "I've been four years selling cakes" to mean the same thing (though I still don't find it natural) but, for me, you can't start with "It's".

Note that you should have said "Is the second sentence OK?" We use "fine" in statements but rarely in questions (in this context).
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
