Meaning of "God did not refuse any of my requests"

    Hello,

    Please consider the sentence below:
"I had been praying hard to God that He makes my petitions to come true, and in return, God did not refuse any of my requests."

If the statement above is true, is the sentence "God did not refuse any of my request" here saying that God did everything that I asked him to do in my prayers?

    Thank you,
