Question "He's not a guy that much worth it!" is correct?

In my head, this makes sense... But for you guys, the sentence is correct?

"He's not a guy that much worth it!"

    Thanks in advance!

    not a teacher

It's not clear what you are trying to say.
    (1) Do you mean that he is too much trouble to be involved with? Perhaps his friendship causes too many problems or requires too much effort on your part.
    (2) Or do you mean that he is not as wealthy as someone has said? They say he has fifty million dollars, but he is really not worth that much.

The first option! So... the sentence is correct?

He is not a guy that is worth (me) getting involved with.
    I am not a teacher.

He's not worth that much effort.
He's too much trouble to waste any effort on.
    He's just not worth it.
He's trouble! I'm not going there!
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Re: "He's not a guy that much worth it!" is correct?

Ok, guys... But it's a song! I'm working with sound, and the sentence is a verse:
"Fingers crossed, this is not fair!
He's not a guy that much worth it!".

I can't change the whole verse.

So... "He's not a guy that much worth it!", written this way, is correct or not?

    No, it's not correct.
Without knowing more about the song we can't tell if the line is supposed to rhyme with another line, or what the rhythm is, so it's difficult to make suggestions for you that would fit.
You could try something like, "He's not the kind of guy that's worth it."

How about, "He's not a guy who's worth it"?
