I have a sentence that I didn't understand:
A recent paper described a postal questionnaire survey of doctors involved in treating the survivors of the Omagh bombing in 1998.
The authors concluded that 25% of the sample had post-traumatic stress disorder and were critical of them for not seeking treatment
What I want to ask is: What is the meaning of the world "critical" -
Does the meaning is from the 25% many of them don't want a treatment?
