How to use keeping in view

    Respected Teachers,

I was writing a sentence in my thesis and was stuck in the following sentence while using the phrase "Keeping in view":

"I had to propose the design modifications in RAN architecture, keeping in view implementing the network up-gradation."

kindly suggest any correction, i would be thankful.

Re: How to use keeping in view

I think "taking into consideration" is a better phrase to use than "keeping in view", both having similar meanings.

Shouldn't it be "design modifications to something" rather than "in something"?

"Implementing" should be "implementation". "Upgradation" should be "upgrading".

What about the implementation? Will it happen in the near future?
