    Does anyone could check the grammar of the following tense:"When the visa of foreign professionals expired,if employers don't want to retaining them,employers should consider if those professionals become informed about that and thinking to their short term and non-progress job how affected their conduct and attitudes".

    Normally, I would make corrections within the original sentence but the whole thing is such a mess, it would have been unreadable with so many corrections. I'm not even sure what the intended meaning is.

    Here is my attempt:

    When foreign professionals' visas expire and their employers don't want to retain them, those employers should consider their employees' futures.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
