    will or would

    Teacher, here I use "would" - Can I also use "will" in this sentence.

    I have enjoyed working at your company for these five years and I appreciate all the support given to me. It would be difficult for me to find another good boss like you.

    Both "will" and "would" could be used in that sentence in that context.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
