Improved friendly, healthy and safe educational environments

    Dear sirs,

I have to say that I am new (Newbie) in this forum and despite the fact that I am new I find it really interesting and enriching.

My question is if the next sentence should follow a specific order:

Improved friendly, healthy and safe educational environments

the expression refers to a project result/outcome.In advance thank you for your collaboration on this assignment.

The order's fine for me,but as it stands it is not a complete sentence.

Re: Improved friendly, healthy and safe educational environments

What if I change the word order:

Friendly, healthy and safe educational environments have been improved.

    But my question is:

Is Friendly + healthy + safe + educational + environments the right word order?

Re: Improved friendly, healthy and safe educational environments

    How about:

The friendly, healthy and safe educational environment has been improved.

I would use the singular here as they're all aspects of the general environment. The order is fine with me.
