    "For" is not needed.

    However, you will hear the version with "for" at the end from native speakers (in the UK, at least).
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    You'll hear it in the U.S. as well.

    It may not be needed as Mike mentioned, but it's not incorrect either. You'll hear it both ways.
