    Hand-held and corrugated

    Hello everyone,
    Could you, please, help me?

What does " Use hand-held mobile while driving" mean? Is that similar to hands free?

Can you use the word corrugated if you referring to a person's muscles "corrugated muscles"?

    Thank you in advance

No, it's actually the opposite of hands-free. It means a mobile held in your hand.

No, that doesn't seem to work. You will sometimes hear muscles referred to as 'ropey', but not corrugated.

Edit: You will also hear the term 'corded' muscle.
