    Post Please check my grammer

I purchased a washing machine on 8th June'2015.I was told that the installation will be made in 3 working days.On 11th June somebody from The Company called me up asking for installation.I told him to come on Saturday but on Saturday he did not turn up So I called him.he said your call is closed So again I called Flipkart. They said that the installation will be completed in next 3 days.Again it has not been installed.

    Please tell my mistakes.

I don't know how it works there, Mike, but in the UK you pay for such purchases in advance. Once that money's left your bank account, you can't get it back without going through a formal complaints procedure or possibly by taking the company to court. Here, you can't just "cancel a payment".

I assumed we were talking about a credit card purchase. If we pay for something with a credit card and we do not receive the item, we can cancel the payment. No muss, no fuss.
