    throw something over the wall

    What does "throw something over the wall" mean?

    Have security just throw my ruck over the wall. Nobody goes outside.

    In this context, it means to literally throw the object over the wall.

    Nobody is allowed to hand the object over by going through a gate, so they'll just have to toss it over a wall for somebody to pick up.
