    Question Set up a meeting and proposing dates to a number of attendes

    I'd like to propose a an email to a couple of representatives that need to attend the meeting with an external client. Here's my line - Please choose up to two preferred dates in order to accommodate the rest of the representatives.

    Perhaps you mean: "Please choose up to two from the following as your preferred dates."
