Hello I have this question about preposition is it in position, on position or at position?? (example explanations would be appreciated :-D) (Sorry for my bad english )

None of those work for me. Prepositions occur before nouns or phrases that act as the object of the preposition. There is no particular position in a sentence where this occurs.

Difference between these sentences please

The first one and the third one are possible depending on the context.
