    Red face is it personification

    I want to ask i got this line from one of matsuo bashos haiku
    The powerful wind embraces
    What technique is it
    i personally think its personification am i right? plz answer

    HI,
    So i read this haiku and it says 'The powerful wind embraces'
    now personally i think it is personification
    can you tell me if it is personification and if it isnt what technique is it?

    Yes, it could be considered personification. The haiku is giving the wind the human characteristic of embracing.

    Be sure and capitalize initial letters of sentences and the personal pronoun "I". Don't forget that you also need to punctuate your sentences. Declarative sentences end with a period. You should have a comma as well before your 'and' conjunction.

    As a native speaker of English, these grammatical principles should be innate for you.

    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
