Before being put into operation during welding operations on a project, all devices (it also applies to new ones under guarantee) are to undergo technical inspection to find out if the requirements that devices on a project should meet are fulfilled.
What I would like to ask you is whether this fragment in bold is properly formulated. Other alternatives:
requirements expected of devices on a project are fulfilled/satisfied
requirements expected from devices on a project are fulfilled/satisfied
What do you think of my efforts?
I'd use the first of your efforts.
