come around - come to her senses

#1. She'll come to her senses soon.

    #2. She'll come around soon.

Which one sounds better or is more natural for you?

(meaning that she will regain consciousness soon)

In the context you provide, the second one seems more natural to me.

"To come to one's senses" often (usually?) means to become rational, not to regain consciousness.
"If I give her some time to come to her senses, she'll see that I am right."

Re: come around - come to her senses

When we are talking about regaining consciousness "come to" is often used. Example: "When he came to he was lying on the ground." (If that sort of thing happens to you, get medical attention.)
