    Sentence correction - parallel structure

    Hi,

Could you please let me know if the structure of the following sentence is correct?

"To demystify the propaganda of XYZ, which has the support of the most influential people/organizations;to break the association of false-nationalism, which is a mammoth task, with the blind supporters of XYZ; and to encounter the most costliest PR stint in the history of ABC elections, normal people has to focus their resources on a few things."

Re: Sentence correction - parallel structure

The overall structure of the sentence is fine, but don't say most costliest. Also, say: "normal people have to focus their resources on a few things".

I think the sentence is too long (with 7 clauses) for anyone to digest. Can't it be written in shorter and clearer sentences?

Perhaps I was running out of time. Anyway, the sentence is too complicated, which means it is confusing. Let's look at it.

When you demystify something you explain it and make it understandable. It is unclear what you mean by false nationalism. And you want to counter the costliest PR stunt in history.

I have read the sentence through a few times. I can't figure out what you are trying to say.
