    He says "sure is", and then I can't make out what he says. I've never been able to understand Donald Duck very well...

    At 12:58 he says "and March".

    I think it's just "and march, everyone!", followed by some laughing. Then the chipmonks come in with "Hello everybody."

    The chipmunks are only slightly more intelligible than Donald Duck.

    I'm not sure I'd really recommend Donald Duck and the Chipmunks as good sources of English practice....

    He says sure is and then just makes a noise IMO. I think that after that it's That's how you hop and march, everyone, which would refer back to the instructions given by whatever the female duck is called.

    It's hard to imagine a worse cartoon character to try to learn English from.
