    Welcome to the forums.
    Please do not use fake words like "Thx" - Write "Thanks." (There are some people who seem to object to "Thank you in advance." I don't. I think it's nice.)

    You don't want to purchase a movie on DVD to own, so you pay a fee to rent it to watch it at home and then return it.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
