You will hear this colloquially. It's a way of warning somebody not to ask too many questions, or reminding them what they shouldn't do.
Another variant is "Don't be asking too many questions."
However, I suspect that may not be your intended meaning. What is it you're trying to express?
Edit. If you're trying to encourage someone to ask a lot of questions, then you could say "You can't ask too many questions."
