    decide whether to add

    Hello,

    *self-made*

    - Select the box to decide whether (or not) to add this option.

I searched on the forum for the usage of 'whether or not', but still I cannot decide whether I should omit 'or not' in the above sentence or not.

Is it OK to omit it?

    Thanks.
