    Sundays is/are my off day

    I don't know which is correct in the sentence:

    Sundays is OR are my off day.

    Sunday is my off day.
    Sunday is my day off.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
