    usage of verbs

    The cricket council that was[A]/were[B] elected last March is[A]/are[B] at sixes and sevens over new rules

    Do you understand why "was" and "is" are the correct answers?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
