    1) Two men can carry every one of these boxes.
    2) Two men can carry every box.
    3) Two men can carry each box.

    Do these mean:
    a) Two men can carry all the boxes.
    or:
    b) Each box will be carried by two men. (Two men per box)

    None of them is natural and their meaning is not at all clear.

    They do suggest to me, though, that (at least some of) the boxes will probably require two men per box
