    How low

If somebody is not doing push-ups correctly, We need to say "You need to lower yourself further". If we want him to go a little more down, right?. But what if we want to ask someone how low we have to go. How to ask it?

If we want him to go a little more down, right?. Incomplete sentence and incorrectly punctuated.

But what If we want to ask someone how low we have to go, how to do we ask it?
See above for corrections. You are still getting "If" clauses wrong. After the first "if" clause, you need a comma and then a second clause which should start with a lower case later (as is always the case after a comma unless it's "I" or a proper noun.)

You also went back to your old error of using "how to" to ask a question at the end.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
