    I don't know if I'm still gonna go to the beach today.

    Is this okay?

    The beginning should be "The weather is bad".

    And note that even though "gonna" is OK in spoken English and in direct (reported) speech, it shouldn't be used in standard written English.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
