Could anyone kindly help to advise if there is any problem of the following 2 paras?

"Our customer received the attached Installation and Service Agreement from your colleague. However, since the goods are still under the warranty period, there should be no extra charges our customer need to pay for this case.

In order to secure the onsite service will be arranged by your side, our customer already confirmed the agreement with Jyour colleague. It would be helpful if you could communicate with him and eliminate the service charges accordingly. "

I think this is what you mean:
Our customer has already confirmed with your colleague and agreed to the onsite service to be be arranged by your side. Please inform your colleague to waive the service charges accordingly.
