"With luck, she still doesn't have enough..

Greetings everyone, I have a question in regard to this quote:

"With luck, she still doesn't have enough to pass the exam."

Does it seem off to you? If not, tell me if it's correct.

I wanted to know because I thought the statement could be rearranged some other way.

    Thank you.

Re: "With luck, she still doesn't have enough..

It is grammatically correct, but it sounds as if the speaker does not want the person referred to to pass the exam.

Re: "With luck, she still doesn't have enough..

If you don't wish to sound as if you are hoping that she doesn't pass, you could say "Even with luck, she doesn't have enough to pass the examination."
