    taking over

Tell me please. I want to "like" a comment but i can't understand. Is it a good comment?
"Is it just me or is music taking over right now?"
"taking over" in this phrase means "nice"?

    Not A Teacher

I would not normal associate 'taking over' with meaning 'nice'.
To me it means becoming more common than other things or supplanting them.

    Re: taking over

I agree, generally 'taking over' has some negative connotations to it. Normally you're not pleased if something has taken over something else.
