was an angry (and) young man

    Hello,

    *self-made*

    - I was an angry (and) young man in the past.
    - I met an angry (and) young man yesterday.

I would like to ask if I should put 'and' in the above sentences or not. I think I should not, but I am not that sure.

    Thanks.
