    Rules for bcc's

    I have a question re the rules when using bcc's. Do you include the "bcc" sheet to the person you are sending it to or not?

    Yes, you indicate that it is a "bcc" to the bcc recipient only. That lets them know that the other recipients of the letter/memo are not aware that he/she has received a copy.
