    A: She is going home.
    B: I, also. /I also. /me also. /I, as well. /I as well. /me as well.

    I think 'I, also' - 'I also' - I, as well' and 'I as well' are old-fashioned; 'me also' and 'me as well' are very informal.

    What, as a native speaker, do you think?

    The most natural and grammatical responses for B are "Me too" and "So am I". I don't like any of the alternatives in your post.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
