    legal English

This publication may not be lent, resold, hired out or otherwise disposed of by ways of trade in any form of binding or cover other than that in which it is published, without the prior consent of the Publishers.
Does the above sentence mean that except for the prior consent of the Publishers, one can lend, resell, hire out or by ways of trade dispose of this publication in a different way only in the same form of binding and cover in which it is published?

    Re: legal English

Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
