Why AM I NOT/I AM NOT in your friend-list?

    This is not my homework.

Which of the following is correct and, if more than one are correct, is there any difference in the meaning?
    Problem A
1:- Why am I not in your friend-list?
    2:- Why aren't I in your friend-list?
3:- Why I am not in your friend list?
4:- Why am not I in your friend-list?

    Problem B
1:- Do you know who am I.
    2
:- Do you know who am I?
    3
:- Do you know who I am.
    4
:- Do you know who I am?

    Problem C
1:- I want to ask why I am not in your friend-list?
2:- I want to ask why I am not in your friend-list.

    Waiting for your elaborate replies.

    Thanks in advance.

I agree, but I'd use 'on' rather than 'ln' in all of them

    I would also use "on".

I think "in" might be quite commonly used with friend lists on social networking websites.

However, I would definitely say to someone "You are on my Christmas card list", or not, if they'd annoyed me!

I've not heard "in" used that way.

You have pointed it out well, thanks.
I also think that I should have used "on".
