In the following sentence, I want to measure the correlation between Pennsylvania public school board president’s perceptions and superintendent’s perceptions. In this case, can I say "their" instead of "public school board president’s and superintendent’s" in the last part?

However, there is a gap in the literature about Pennsylvania public school board president’s and superintendent’s perceptions regarding transformational and transactional leadership styles in superintendents, and the correlation between Pennsylvania public school board president’s and superintendent’s perceptions regarding transformational and transactional leadership styles
