How to read 09:00 to 20:00

5 minutes of news every hour 09:00 to 20:00

How should I read 09:00 to 20:00 aloud? Zero nine hundred hours to twenty hundred hours?
    I need native speakers' help.

That's correct in a military context, for example.

In real life, most people would say 'from 9am to 8pm'.

Re: How to read 09:00 to 20:00

In my previous (non-military) job at an airport we used the 24-hour clock for obvious reasons. I would say "oh nine hundred" to "twenty hundred" - I would not use "zero" and I wouldn't bother with "hours". However, as Rover said, in real, normal, everyday life, we'd just say "9am to 8pm" and that would be how I would expect it to be written.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
