model of sillabus of technical english for 5th cycle

hi there, I'd like to know how to plan a sillabus of English for 4th cycle and 5th cycle, most importantly the topics which are taught.
I need the topics because I have to teach young learners who are studying careers such as international business management, accounting, bank management. Thanks a lot.

Note my corrections above. I have the same question as Piscean regarding the meaning of "4th/5th cycle".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
