Isn't it a English sentence?
In my view, there is no grammar error. what's wrong?

It doesn't make sense.

Probus tried to express what you probably meant to say.

"Kindly" comes across as foreign. "Kindly" and "with thanks" are redundant. There is no need to bookend a sentence with politeness.

I disagree with you. I copied it from my business e-mail which is from my staff.
I think it's using it for business e-mail. The politeness is needed. And, "with thanks" in the end is also needed.
All of my point in above-mentioned sentences, if it's wrong, please tell me and correct me.

I hope you can give me advice. SoothingDave:up:

Is "with thanks" the end of the sentence? You didn't include a period at all, so I assumed it was all one run-on sentence. That would be incorrect.

If "With thanks" is your sign-off on your email, that would be fine.

Punctuation matters.

You make me confused.
All native teacher are here said that the sentence is incorrect. But, you say it is correct, what's going on?
I mean this is a correct sentence. Do you agree?

"Kindly assist to check related goods cost for this issue with thanks"

No.

"Kindly assist to check related goods cost for this issue." is a marginally understandable sentence.

Adding "with thanks" to the end makes it redundant and unnatural.

"Please help me to check the cost of the goods in this order." is much clearer and natural.

Re: Can I say "Kindly assist to check related goods cost for this issue with thanks"?

Would the OP's sentence be grammatical if it was rewritten as below?
'Kindly assist me to check the cost of the goods related to this issue. Thanks in advance.'

Yes. But "please" is much more natural than "kindly."

Re: Can I say "Kindly assist to check related goods cost for this issue with thanks"?

It would be grammatical.

"Kindly" marks it as "non-native" as has already been said. That's okay if your work environment believes that it's important to be inclusive, but if your work culture stresses conformity, then use "Please."

No one here has any idea what "related to this issue" means. If the person receiving it already knows exactly what that means, it would be acceptable.

I disagree with some here that expressions like "Thanks in advance" are strange or wrong, and do not find it redundant with "please." It's a very common thing for me to write. However, I completely agree that adding "with thanks" to the end of the original sentence is completely wrong. You'd be telling the person to do something "with thanks" as though he or she was thankful to be doing it.

I meant is was wrong to add "thanks" at the end of the sentence where you already started that sentence with a "kindly."

Your point about doing something "with thanks" is well taken.

NO! Your sentence is NOT correct.
This is a BAD, BAD assumption.

If you wrote exactly this:

Ann,
Please
help me to check the cost of the goods in this order.

With thanks,
Joe

You would be okay.

You should NOT write "P
lease help me to check the cost of the goods in this order with thanks."
