    you've no doubt experienced

How do you make ethical decisions? Determining what's ethically right in any given situation can be difficult, as you've no doubt experienced from time to time in your personal life...

What does this " you have no doubt experienced" mean? The doubt that has been experienced? Does it mean that as you have already experienced what is right or wrong?

It means that there is no doubt that you have experienced that.

Does this "as" refer to "because" or "in the same way that"?
