How is the text submitted segmented?

    Hello,
I submitted for analysis a text that contains 27 sentences, yet the analyzer detects 32 sentences. My text contains a few "Inc." and I suspect the "." in the abbreviation is mistakenly taken as a full stop. Is there any way of knowing for certain the actual segmentation of the texts and possibly editing the rules?
    Best regards
