    Any problem in

Any problems with getting info’ from Anup?

Any problems in getting info’ from Anup?

Can I use "in" instead of "with"? If so, can you please elaborate the reason for it?

    Re: Any problem in

I would say 'Are there any problems getting information from Anup?', but I am not a teacher.

    Re: Any problem in

You don't need to put an apostrophe at the end of info. It's a recognised abbreviation.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

With could refer to whether Anup shares information generally, while I would use in if asking about a specific occasion, and I would also say the info in this case.
