    Unhappy The english form of a kind of eyes ...

    I tried a lot but I couldn't find a suitable word for a sort of eyes which look like the person is sleepy but actually he/she in not. These kind of eyes are so beautiful and lovely ... I could find the word "hooded eye" but I'm not sure if it's correct or not.
    Can you help me, please?
