    Degrees

    Do these degrees exist?
BA in Literature and Philosophy - BA in Philosophy and Letters?

If so, What's the difference between Literature and Letters?

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: Degrees

A university can provide a BA in pretty much anything within the field of Arts and Humanities.
The impression I get is that the modern usage of Letters includes literature and other aspects of the language, such as rhetoric. The only way to tell if those two degrees mentioned offer similar material is to look at the subject/course/unit list.

Here are some sites which appear to equate the two:

A bit of googling will show you that they do.
