    winning medals

    Are these sentences correct:
    1) The only difference between me and you is winning medals.
    2) What separates me and you is winning medals.

The sentences are supposed to mean
The only difference between you and me is my winning medals.
    or
The only difference between you and me is your winning medals.

The context is supposed to make it clear who wins medals.

    Gratefully,
    Navi.

    Re: winning medals

    Neither sentence makes that clear.

    Re: winning medals

    Thank you very much, Bhaisahab,

Would the sentences work if the context makes it clear whose winning we are talking about, or are the sentences basically useless?

    Gratefully,
    Navi.
