    It's Allen Williams's niece's cat.

Are the following sentences correct and natural?

    1.It's Allen Williams's niece's cat.
    2. It's the man next_door's wife's car. (corrected)

If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

They are common enough in informal conversation. 'Next door' - two words.

And what would the formal way of putting the same sentences be?
If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

    Re: It's Allen Williams's niece's cat.

    My suggestions:

It is the cat belonging to Allen Williams's niece.
It is the car belonging to the wife of the man next door.
